Every Sunday, 8:30am - 9:30am
Attendees: Bishopric, Ward Clerk, Executive Secretary, Presidents of the Elders Quorum, Relief Society, Young Women, Primary, and Sunday School.
Optional Attendees (At Bishop's discretion): Ward mission leader, ward temple and family history leader, leaders of the ward young single adult committee, ward music coordinator, and the full-time missionaries.
